@Barrattplc Your emergency team sent a locksmith who arrived around 9:30. He explained that he could not open the door either, because of the type of lock. He said that the builders would be needed. We spent the night ON THE FLOOR, ON THE LANDING OUTSIDE HIS FRONT DOOR.
