Waking up early = तपस्या
Controlling urges = तपस्या
Staying consistent = तपस्या
“जब तुम स्वयं को जीत लेते हो
वही तुम्हारी सच्ची तपस्या है।”
Sanatan Dharma never asked you to escape life…
It asked you to master it.

Today I understood something powerful about Lakshmi…
She is not just wealth 💰
She is:
A calm mind
A fearless heart
A peaceful life
“Abhaya Pradam” — the one who removes fear.
What’s the use of money if your mind is restless
Real prosperity = Peace + Security + Grace
Ekadashi sirf ek vrat nahi… yeh Bhagwan Vishnu se direct connection ka din hai. 🕉️
Ekadashi ka matlab:
Body ko rest, mind ko control, aur soul ko connect karna.
✨ Fayde:
• Mind sharp hota hai
• Energy clean hoti hai
• Bhagwan Vishnu ki kripa milti hai
Day 6 Meditation (Master your thoughts)
I think my biggest problem is my own mind.
While reading the Bhagavad Gita,
it felt like Krishna was saying:
“You’re not tired because of work…
you’re tired because your mind never stops.”
Trying something simple from today:
Sit quietly for 5 minutes
Watch thoughts
Don’t fight, don’t follow
Let’s see.
One line I’m keeping:
“Your mind can be your best friend… or your biggest enemy.”
Day 5 of Gita 🕉️
Sannyasa Yoga (True Renunciation)
Letting Go (Without Leaving Life)
Today hit a little differently…
I always thought peace means leaving everything.
Maybe I was wrong.
One line I’m keeping with me:
“Do everything… but don’t lose yourself in it.”
Maybe peace is not somewhere far.
Maybe it’s just hidden behind our need to control everything.
Day 6 Tomorrow
