@PMOIndia @DGCAIndia We booked @AirIndiaX IX-1941 for 17 pax frm BLR to JPR on 10July . It was canceled 12 hrs bfore departure with NO help from the airline. We had to travel to DEL and then JPR by road. The airline industry's services are degrading daily, leaving users helpless.
