Kai Havertz had 3 years of epl experience before he moved to Arsenal. 3 years.

He’s in his 7th season in the premier league.

He hasn’t delivered 20 goals in all comps during this tenure, infact his best career scoring season was actually 20 goals on the dot at Leverkusen (in the bundesliga, ofc)

Gyökeres on the other hand came from sporting with no epl experience and somehow outperformed Kai in a system that’s favoring him and very much not in favor of Gyökeres.

Will I sell Havertz? Most likely
Do I think he’s also good for depth? Yes I do.
Do I see him successfully leading this Arsenal team? No. Why? Because we’ve been here before, TWICE!

He has more career apps with lesser G/A despite being the false 9.

Idc what anybody says or thinks, Viktor Gyökeres didn’t under deliver in his debut season. Matter of fact, in this false 9 system he outperformed other false 9s (merino, Jesus, havertz) who have all “lead” our line at some point. We’ve never tweaked anything in his favor, if we did that and he even got chances like he should and didn’t turn up, then I can understand the outrage and I will grasp the thought process behind it but he’s been a solid addition to this team. A core reason to our recent silverware. But rest assured, season is long, injuries or not. We will be here and we will see as things unfold. But time? Walahi time will tell, don’t worry 😂😂😂😂everybody can talk their shit now.

Mind you, we gave Kai grace, 10 games before he was given a pity pen by Odegaard against Bournemouth to boost his confidence, same confidence you people are claiming isn’t a reason for the Gyökeres performance this season
