@AmazonHelp @amazonca @amazon
Disappointed by a recent Amazon customer experience involving repeated order cancellations, unclear communication, & inadequate resolution.
We are a registered charity supporting well-being of teens & youth, and this equipment was needed for an important community program.

March 19: Ordered 4 items
Order was cancelled without my knowledge, stating “delivery rejected”, despite no delivery attempt showing in tracking
March 21: Customer service advised me to reorder and assured it would not happen again
By March 24, only 3 of 4 items arrived
The 4th item was cancelled again without explanation
March 25: After escalation, a supervisor offered what was described as a free replacement and a $30 compensation
March 31: Replacement finally arrived, but the box was open
Later, I discovered the item had not been refunded
On calling again, I was told only the replacement process was free, while the actual item charge remained, with only $30 compensation for weeks of inconvenience

This involved multiple calls, repeated explanations, waiting at home for OTP-based delivery, delayed program planning, and unnecessary stress for a nonprofit team working with youth.

Item: Shure BLX288/SM58 Wireless Microphone System
ASIN: B085WGYP3L
Value: $1,052 before taxes

As a long-time Amazon customer, I expected clearer communication and a more appropriate resolution for repeated service failures.

Hoping someone from Amazon leadership or customer escalation can help review this.
