🚨#Important: This is major! Today, the Supreme Court has distanced itself from one of Gyanesh Kumar’s illegalities.

Chief Justice Surya Kant has said that the court DID NOT approve any changes in Form 6 (the form for registration of new voters). Remember that the other two Election Commissioners had objected to a change in the Form which they said was leading to “harassment” of new voters, especially the Gen Z who were being stopped from becoming registered voters. The Form could only be changed after a change in law and election rules.

The more concerning part is that just one day after the Indian Express exposé on Gyanu, the Election Commission’s Press Release dated Sept 26 stated that “The declaration attached to Form 6 for SIR has been upheld by the SC”. But today, CJI Surya Kant has said NO!

The Court that gave legal cover to Gyanu’s SIR process has put its hands up and said that they had nothing to do with Gyanu’s illegal action!

Clock is ticking for Gyanu! Gyanu, it’s done bro.

CJI Surya Kant clarifies that Supreme Court has not approved any modified version of Form 6 used for inclusion of names in electoral rolls during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
The observation comes during the hearing of a petition seeking suspension and prosecution of CEC Gyanesh Kumar.
ECI had last week claimed that the new declaration annexed to the online Form 6 for the ongoing SIR process in some states was approved by the Supreme Court.
‘Any modified Form 6 has not been approved by us. Let’s be clear. When the record is produced, we would like to see who has modified,” CJI observes.

जंतर-मंतर पर रिपोर्टिंग के दौरान महिला पत्रकारों ने पुलिसकर्मियों पर यौन उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया है। दर्जनों पत्रकारों के प्रदर्शन के बावजूद न FIR दर्ज की गई, न ही कोई ठोस कार्रवाई हुई। शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन कर रही महिलाओं का भी आरोप है कि पुलिस उनके साथ बहुत अभद्र तरीके से पेश आ रही है।

जिस पुलिस का काम सुरक्षा देना है, उससे ही म��िलाएं खतरा महसूस कर रही हैं। कॉलेज की छात्राओं से लेकर पत्रकार तक - हर जगह महिलाएं असुरक्षा का सामना कर रही हैं। @narendramodi जी, @AmitShah जी, क्या महिलाओं के साथ ये बर्ताव उचित है? अगर नहीं तो आप इसका संज्ञान क्यों नहीं लेते?

ધર્મેન્દ્ર પ્રધાનના રાજીનામાની માગ વખતે થયેલા પ્રદર્શનમાં અનેક મહિલાઓ સાથે પોલીસ દ્વારા અત્યંત ખરાબ હ��કતો થઈ હતી. કોઈકે દંડો ભરાવ્યો તો કોઈકે તમાચા માર્યા એના વિડિયો વાયરલ થયાં હતાં. હવે જ્ઞાન��શ કુમારના રાજીનામાની માગ પર થતાં પ્રદર્શનમાં 3 મહિલા પત્રકારોએ પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ પર યૌન હુમલાના આરોપ લગાવ્યાં છે. તપાસ થશે. પહેલા કેસમાં તો વિડિયો પુરાવા હતાં તો પણ કાર્યવાહી શું થઈ? જ્યારે વર્દી પહેરેલા જ મહિલાઓ પ્રત્યે આવી ગંદી માનસિકતા ધરાવતાં હોય તો સવાલ થાય કે તેઓ મહિલાઓ સામે અપરાધના કિસ્સામાં કેવી રીતે સંવેદનશીલતા સાથે કામ કરી શકતા હશે?

Former Chief Election Commisioner(CEC) S.Y.Quraishi, known for his integrity, says Form 6 is meant to be filled only by new voters not deleted voters. It is punishable by 1 year prison sentence to make deleted voters fill form 6 now. Election Commision is abetting to crime by creating this arrangement. It is merely covering up its orginal crime of illegal deletions by an illegal remedy!

Honourable Court is absolutely right.

If there is a degree and it doesn't match the one displayed before the entire country by the Home Minister of the country, it will prove that he lied to the whole country.

If there is no valid degree, it will be a case of lying on a sworn affidavit by none other than the PM of the country.

In both cases, the outcomes will enhance the image of the lying capacity of Modi-Shah, which everyone already knows.

The next election commissioner MUST be appointed by a panel of PM, Leader of Opposition and CJI. Only a person chosen by all three 'ayes' would be deserving of the post.

Gyanesh Kumar must go!

Demand 1: Initiation of criminal proceedings against Gyanesh immediately, and an answer to the question: Who gave him the orders?

Demand 2: Put all upcoming elections on hold. Freeze the SIR and restore the January 2025 voter list. Set up an independent inquiry into the entire SIR decision-making process. We also demand that the Supreme Court immediately take custody of all SIR-related files to ensure no records are destroyed, altered or go missing.

Demand 3: Repeal the 2023 law on the appointment of the Election Commissioners of India and enact a new law that inspires public confidence, with the active participation of members of civil society.
