@TicketmasterDE Hi there, is it possible to get a refund for a presale Bob Dylan ticket on the 6th of October as we have purchased another pair for Friday on the 7th of October as they became available? We'd really appreciate some help on this. Thank you!
@ticksyapp What's the proper way to display the Ticksy subscription invoice? For the last payment, we've got some links to Buygoods website with some weird looking payment documents...
@ticksyapp Hi there! For the past 3 days, I haven't been able to log in to my Ticksy Account in order to see my invoices. I'm getting no error messages, just a plain refresh of the login form page. Any plans on resolving the issue?
@fontawesome Hi there! Curious if your Pro license allows the new Font Awesome to be included in WordPress themes for sale on a marketplace like ThemeForest? Thanks!
@envato Hi there! Is there any specific person/address I could reach in regards to my Envato Elite reward? Just reached level 7 and have a couple of questions. Thank you so much!
@envato_help Is there any chance the ticket will be responded within the next 24 hours?... I truly didn't ask super serious questions there, just a basic one that can be answered within a couple of minutes. Nothing technical. Nothing financial. Thank you.
@envato_help Thank you! I've actually responded directly to the e-mail from Envato Elite and got a response that the ticket was submitted. I believe that works, too?
@ticksyapp Hello there! How can I downgrade my account? I only now have one support agent and I see no option to change the current 2-agent plan to a lower one?
@danmikhael I never, ever sliced a PSD. I always thought it's an extra, unnecessary work. I prefer to look at the design in PS/Sketch (for particular settings, like typography, box shadows, radiuses etc) and write the code right away to copy the design 1:1.
If you're looking for a beautiful, functional and highly customizable (basically without coding) #WordPress#Theme than give #Engage from @Veented a shot. I recommend that theme with no doubts. https://t.co/yR0u2w1XLj Spread the word.
@danmikhael I started with Atom and I immediately fell in love with it. It's a brilliant tool with a stunning UI. A thing that made me try VS Code was a lack of auto-completion in some parts of JS - had to type method names (both default for JS and custom ones from modules) all manually. 😞
@danmikhael That's a great set! Atom is wonderful but you might want to check Visual Studio Code (VS Code) out. It comes with brilliant extensions (like JS and PHP hints that make it close to PHPStorm) and a built-in JS debug tool. You may also install Atom's skin. Definitely worth checking!
