@RelianceDigital I am Veeresh G.P. Whirlpool fridge purchased from Reliance Digital Showroom Dharwad in 2021. It is a shame that even after replacing the PCB & Fan Motor, the original problem continues and remains a problem and till this day there is no cooling in the Fridge.

very unfortunate. If such a situation has happened to the staff working in your company, if it has been left like this for so long? For six months without getting a solution to the problem, Mahanubhavahas created the necessity of going to the social media for a miserable life.

The fact that six months have been given to resolve such a minor problem is a clear evidence of the degradation/deterioration of this system. Can't anyone hear the cry of a common customer? despite many visits in person and over the phone no solution to the problem has been found

the technical consultant visited the house and advised to replace the Fan Motor as the equipment was not working, accordingly after paying, the Fan Motor was replaced in the month of February-2024. *It is a shame that even after replacing the PCB & Fan Motor.
