I climbed to the summit of Pike’s Peak in Colorado on Monday. 🏔

7 hours, 11 miles, 3200 ft of elevation gain, up to 14k ft elevation at the top.

I was definitely not acclimated to the elevation and this was my first 14’er but I did it!

All vegan of course, even my boots 🌱

Happy Earth Day 🌎

Today marks 6 years as a vegan 🌱🎂

It started as a way to resist climate change & deforestation, but turned into the best thing Ive ever done for my health and heart.
