If you go vegan, you'll have to eat weird crazy foods like pancakes, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, cakes, pies, fruits, veggies, lasagna, burgers, stir-fry, pasta, etc.
Vegan family member had allergies tested and, as it turns out, is highly allergic to wheat and soy.
So we are now cooking even more interesting meals! Sure it’s a bit of an adjustment but it’s not too bad. Isn’t it funny how sometimes constraints make you more creative?
We owe to other sentient beings not to use them exclusively as means to our ends. When we use them as commodities, we treat them unfairly. We bully them. Please stop. Please go #vegan. It's not a matter of lifestyle; it's not a matter of your "journey." It is a matter of justice.
I am puzzled by nonvegans who get angry about those who shoot lions, giraffes, etc. What's the problem? Are chickens, pigs, cows, fish, etc. not "exotic" enough? It must be hard to go through life that confused. If animals matter morally, #veganism is the only rational choice.
You don’t have to love animals to recognize that it is immoral and unjust to exploit them. But if you *do* love animals, and you continue to participate in their exploitation, you need to rethink your idea of what love means. Please go #vegan.
On a train to Philly. Man gets on, no mask. Attendant says he needs one. He doesn't have one, wraps piece of clothing around face. Attendant leaves. Man removes covering. Says "fucking bitch."
The level of "Philly" brought into this man by fellow passengers is beyond.

I have been working in the fields of animal ethics and animal law for 40 years. I have *never* encountered an argument to justify animal use that isn't loaded with anthropocentric assumptions. If animals matter morally-if they are not things-#veganism is the only rational choice.
I am distressed reading this news when I contrast it with people who absolutely refuse to stop eating animals. How can you be so shocked at the ignorant stubbornness of climate change deniers when you yourself will not stop eating animals or see the connection?
BREAKING: simultaneous freakish heat in the Arctic and Antarctic described as 'impossible' and 'unthinkable' by scientists as abrupt climate change accelerates wildly 🧵
What completely bewilders me is why, if you could live without directly harming other sentient beings, you would not choose to do that. We are not talking about high moral theory; it's a matter of simple decency. Please go #vegan.
