🚨 OFENSIVA CONSTITUCIONAL: VOX EXIGE ACTIVAR EL ARTÍCULO 102 CONTRA SÁNCHEZ POR TRAICIÓN A ESPAÑA 🇪🇸

La formación de Santiago Abascal ha lanzado un llamamiento para activar el artículo 102 de la Constitución e investigar a Pedro Sánchez ante el Tribunal Supremo por presuntos delitos de traición y contra la seguridad del Estado. Vox, que cuenta con 32 diputados, necesita que la iniciativa sea planteada por una cuarta parte del Congreso (88 diputados) y aprobada por mayoría absoluta para fiscalizar penalmente la entrega de Ceuta.

Esta ofensiva jurídica responde a la gravedad de los hechos consumados en el flanco sur. Mientras el Ministerio del Interior oculta los informes de la inteligencia militar y consiente que Marruecos retire las concertinas de Benzú ante el inminente asalto masivo del 15 de agosto, el recurso al artículo 102 busca dirimir la responsabilidad criminal de la Moncloa por desarmar las fronteras a espaldas del Parlamento.

📌 Conclusión: Sentar a Sánchez ante el Supremo por traición ya no es una opción política, es una obligación de supervivencia nacional ante un Ejecutivo que regala la soberanía por sumisión a Rabat. El Partido Popular debe dejar las medias tintas de inmediato y sumar sus diputados para alcanzar el mínimo constitucional; o se blinda el Estado de derecho o se es cómplice de la liquidación de nuestras fronteras.

La traición de Pedro Sánchez a los españoles debe llevarse a los tribunales.

Por ello proponemos activar el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 102 de la Constitución, que atribuye a la Sala de lo Penal del Tribunal Supremo la competencia para exigir la responsabilidad criminal del presidente y de los miembros del Gobierno cuando la acusación se refiera a delitos de traición o contra la seguridad del Estado cometidos en el ejercicio de sus funciones.

Hay indicios y evidencias más que suficientes. Entre otras el conocimiento previo que tenía el Gobierno de Sánchez respect a la invasión de Ceuta.
