He’s battling Stage 1 lung cancer. He was struggling with recurring bronchitis for weeks. They did an MRI and caught the very early-forming tumor. They removed one of the lobes in his left lung. SSA told the county that applications now need documents physically certified by the custodian of record. For these kids, that custodian is the State of Nevada. Clark County’s Eighth Judicial District Court has required electronic filing in civil and family cases since 2010, so the county says it does not have the certified paper originals SSA wants. The letter says SSA accepted the same electronic records without this problem before December 2025, and that months of follow-up from the county, commissioners, and the two offices have not produced a fix. Closures are outpacing refinery expansion and construction. Production is not the problem. Processing is and California has had a direct hand in driving costs up.

It’s not Trump’s war on Iran. Please educate your constituents better. Crude futures are $93 a barrel so production is not the problem. It’s processing and oil companies shipping our oil to Europe. Green initiates have forced refineries to close and eliminate 1.4 million barrels per day of fuel processing. Also, gas was this high under Biden. Crude was over $100 a barrel but a lot cheaper because we could refine it and kept it in America.

@LasVegasLocally It sounds like he was directed to Vet Court. Vets get an opportunity to under drug and alcohol treatment for a year. The charges are dismissed and sealed. He’ll have to appear weekly for the first six months.
