@bt_uk Hi, we keep phoning through to the support, but the press 1, press 2 etc menu keeps saying "Sorry, I didn't quite get that." when we press the buttons.
@bt_uk We did that and it was just the same circuitous trouble shooting guides that we know don't work. Finally spoke to someone through it, who just repeated those guides and then booked an engineer. Now I'm being spammed with scam accounts asking me to DM them and have no internet.
@bt_uk Unfortunately we don't have another device to check on, and we can't use the only chat because we have no internet - basically only getting these tweets off on my one bar of 5g. So we're a bit screwed here.
