The Salaf taught us to meet hardship with sabr (patience), shukr (gratitude), and tawakkul (reliance upon Allah). Do not ask only, “Why is this happening to me?” Ask, “How can I please Allah through this?”

Dear sister, 💕
The world is temporary. Your beauty will fade, trends will change, and people will forget you—but your deeds will remain. Hold firmly to the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah, seek Allah’s pleasure above all else, and strive to meet Him with a sound heart.
Your eyes are powerful. What you look at regularly leaves an imprint on your heart. Think about the endless images, videos and posts we scroll through in a single day. Some inspire us, some teach us and others leave us feeling insecure, sad, or most at times even sinful.
When your heart breaks, it’s not the end — it’s an invitation. An invitation to turn to the One who never leaves. To cry in sujood instead of on your pillow. To speak to the One who already knows every tear that falls.
The world is full of noise, distractions and influences pulling us in every direction. If you do not guard your gates, the world will gladly take control of them for you — shaping your heart and your life in ways you never intended.
What you consume is what you become. If you are constantly watching people who promote materialism, indecency, gossip, or meaningless drama, you are letting those ideas live rent-free in your heart.
Comparison silently steals joy. It whispers, “You’re not doing enough. You’re falling behind. Your life isn’t as good as theirs.” If left unchecked, this can lead to envy, low self-esteem, depression and constant dissatisfaction with what Allah has blessed us with.
Every tear you shed, every heartbreak you endure, every silent struggle you survive—they all wash away sins you might not even know you had.Your pain is not wasted;it’s seen, counted & rewarded.
When you’re in hardship, remind yourself:Allah is not punishing me;He’s purifying me
Tests are not punishments — they are opportunities to show patience, gratitude and complete trust in Allah. They shape us, purify us and prepare us for the eternal life to come.
