I want to go a little in depth with my experience with Perseverance Gaming. While I played under them we were promised things that seemed too good to be true, but trusted that we would receive the crazy incentives being offered. I was holding out hope that I would receive payment for my time under the org specifically for the unpaid month before we received our ECL DQ. I felt that I could trust Keke (owner) because he allegedly has a military background and had a large sum of money with the ambition to help grow the scene. What pains me is not that he failed to pay us as a team and led us along for months and months, but that he continued to delay payment to a very talented editor @VeixHD who had nothing to do with the ESL situation. He had thousands of dollars owed to players and staff but yet still decided to host a league that again seemed way too good to be true. I would DM him about this and expressed that he HAS to pay his editors and staff before he starts hosting an insane league and again I would be given excuse and tragedy as to why he isn't paying. I run small YouTube channels and have never promised to pay someone and refused later when the work was complete. Myself and my teammates may not deserve money for our time under @perseverancehq, but the hardworking editor that did nothing but quality work deserves to be paid. I will be handling payment to him on my own behalf and making sure he is taken care of. Also wanted to say that @JustSaben has nothing to do with the negative side of the whole situation. He was manipulated and lied to like the rest of everyone who interacted with the project. The emotional manipulation is just heartbreaking too because when you ask why payments are coming in or what the hold up is the excuse is always some tragedy that came up. This is a very unfortunate situation and all I can say is that Saben and Take Flyte are completely innocent in this disgusting act of compulsive lying to the scene. Please be careful of organizations/people promising insane things in this scene. I really did believe in the end somehow we would all get paid and this league really would work. I just hope that nobody else gets hurt from this emotional manipulation and compulsive lying.
