This is a reply from a fed up customer out of anguish, when i ordered it showed me delivery will be done in 1-3 business days but its been 20 days after about 8 followups you still follow the same answer that it has been escalated we will make it on priority

Ad company can renew the add by paying renewal amount and the track board will also be updated ....its better if it also has an "advertisement_ID so that we can cross verify without the ad amount is corrupted in between.... appreciate if this is implemented #acommonman @TSRTCHQ

We can add from and expiry board on the bus which tells us from when and till the advertisement is valid and can actually collect the money based on ad on the bus. Immediately after the expiry date we can remove the ad and the repainting charges should be bared by the ad company
