When I enquired about this, the pharmacist went off at me with attitude and failed to address the situation.
It's not the 1st time such happens, or so I heard from other customers.
Their attitude is also horrible!

Spent +45mins at the pharmacy waiting for my ticket to be called, they skipped a bunch of No.s then claimed I didn't come to the front while I was waiting in the queue at the pharmacy area and didn't... 1/.
