A truck full of rocks appeared within the secured zone of the protest. Mind you the protest and its agenda was in the public domain so cops carried all necessary pre emptive actions for security and safety and protocol as well. So then how the hell did the truck land there when protesters were on foot and cops were in vehicles. Who gave the green light for that delivery. I suspect Delhi police as a strategy - beat the students and then keep stones near them to discredit them with accusations for inciting violence
