Remote training is more than having a constraint on location/time. Remote is about having guidance but not being over-coached.
Follow the proper guidance with your body being the true coach. Build neural pathways and teach yourself different feels.

If you’re a guy that turns down remote training because you feel like you don’t learn; you’re missing the point.
You think constant feedback from a coach is you learning, but really it’s just killing your ability to feel and conceptualize new movements
Don’t fall into the rut of queues and constant feedback. Nobody needs that much information to achieve a new movement.
Learn to be your own feedback and you will understand the movement at a personal level
Using video is okay for your own feedback, but be wary of over-analyzing

In the great words of @thewarthog93
“Good athletes make the program good.”
It’s pretty easy to “create” studs when all you have is studs
Let’s market the guys that came from bad bodies, no velo, no proprioception.
That’s what real development looks like.
Coaches: Less queues, more constraints. Be a visual coach, ask them to imitate. Be a thinker for the athlete. You have to connect dots in your own head, and find drills or feels that will allow the athlete’s body to reciprocate. Don’t let them fail over and over again!

Pitchers: Creating a new way of learning is hard at first because it feels like you have nowhere to go and little time to get there. But learning is a never ending process and we have to be okay with that, especially when it comes to intricate movements in the throw.
@108_Performance Does this mean VBT is a better route? According to numbers I’d say finding something between a 4-6 Rep max at the proper velocity works best for guys so they aren’t lifting heavy but still getting the same benefits. Would you agree?
If you’re plateaued and can’t create better movements, I highly suggest getting a full body assessment done and taking a look at your weightlifting regimen. Otherwise, take a better look at the current drills you are doing and ask yourself if they are beneficial.
What drills should pitchers be doing to create better movements? This question is asked of me almost daily and I will continue to answer in the same way…

Dare I say that Drills themselves will not get a pitcher to become a better mover? Yes, I will. Not one pitcher in the world got better by just doing drills. That is fundamentally an incorrect way to approach movement change. None the less, there is no one “Drill” or “tool”.
