On a @CrossCountryUK
train today somewhere betw Oxford & Southampton Ctrl, my suitcase was taken off the train from a luggage rack. I've had a nightmare trying to resolve this. Rail staff have been unhelpful & uninterested. Been given conflicting info & very upset . What next?
