@Vitality_SA your new Vitality 3.0 Spend goals are impossible to maintain. The only way to reach weekly spend goals is to go deeper into debt. I’ve not achieved my R 6,000 weekly spend goal in 3 weeks and it hasn’t reduced. This affects achieving iPhone & Apple Watch benefits.
@Discovery_SA@bash7225 On the Black Suite it’s 750. Now I just have to find R 7,500 to spend every week. Well done @Vitality_SA and @Discovery_SA for making the new Vitality 3.0 spend goals so ludicrous and encourage reckless spending. You obviously don’t want your clients to reach their goals.
@Discovery_SA While I understand that. How do you expect people to spend up to R 7,500 on a weekly basis? If it was a monthly goal, that would make more sense, alternatively rather make the goals a 10th of what they are now, so R 600 - R 750 per week.
@Discovery_SA But you expect your client to spend upwards of R6,000 - 7,500 per week to meet those goalsZ I don’t understand how expect people to spend that amount of money ons weekly basis, maybe monthly but not weekly.
@Discovery_SA Previously you applied 1 point based on a R50 purchase with a maximum cap of around R750 per week and points carried over which made it easier to achieve the spend goal.
@Discovery_SA I wouldn’t say that you have simplified the spend goal and I don’t think you should increase the spend goal like the other goals because you are not encouraging saving this way. You are encouraging people to spend more. In this current economy it’s just not attainable.
@fnolte@Vitality_SA@Discovery_SA Precisely! I think they’re making our weekly goals impossible to achieve so we can’t earn rewards or claim Apple Watch or iPhone benefits. How they expect us to spend upwards of R 6,000 per week to achieve Vitality Spend goals is absolutely ridiculous.
@Discovery_SA I don’t think your understand my concern. How can you expect us to spend R 6,000 per week to achieve a Vitality Spend goal which apparently goes up to R 7,500 per week on the Black Suite? That’s unrealistic.
