@PixelForgePlays This is useful when a betting system is at a 50% hit rate, it helps you break even or make a bit of profit but in a system that has a 70-75% hit rate clv isn’t too crucial
I agree on wanting the best value for sure but at the end of the day getting the better number vs the close doesn’t matter if the bet still loses, to me the winning bet is the better bet at the end of the day. If you get better value before close on your end and I get worse value before close on my end but mine wins and yours loses clv doesn’t matter. Either way your are down what you wagered
My system is done and locked and loaded, I will be posting my daily top picks and tracking them daily. All picks are free. Feel free to use what you want. 16 games tmrw let’s cook. Put notifs on for projections.
@PixelForgePlays You don’t need lots of wagers to bet on, you just need good value picks for long term profit. These model that predict everything or simulate to get the “script” are too fuzzy and don’t pin point actual good picks just kinda spray and pray.
My NHL model is officially complete just in time for the season start. Due to the structure of my model it’s important to wait for a few games to get some 2026-2027 season data. This will ensure the model is running correctly. Stay tuned early next week for daily projections.
@PixelForgePlays The way I see it is keep it simple and find data that targets 1-2 aspects of the sport. These two aspects should correlate to each other. For example, player shots and player goals, goalie saves and game total. To many models try to predict everything and aren’t accurate.
Model update.
My model is so accurate because it’s a moving average of 5 games of data. This ensure the goalie props and the total props are as accurate as possible. Once teams and players have played 5 games it’s time to run up the books.
