But here’s a story time about how she damn near gave me a heart attack tonight during her feed.

She strikes AGAIN and caught her mouth around the edge of the door. (I hope she didn’t hurt her teeth, for gods sake). I put her target up and she takes her good ol’ time coming to it and striking her food. She’s now been coiled around it for 5 minutes.

Now I’m going to sit down and stop crying because my stomach literally hurts. I’m so sad.

Really didn’t want to end my night sobbing over a dead bird I found by the road at the top of my driveway, but here we are.

I put him under our pine tree in the back yard with some lavender and viola flowers from my garden. I probably talked to that bird at my feeders many times. A little sparrow.
