Artists are not entitled to people's money.

If people buy less non-AI art because they can get what they want more cheaply with AI, good—people should buy the art they actually want.

Human beings don't exist to fund aspiring artists.

If artists want people's money, they need to make things some people will value. If they don't want to do that, they need to accept the outcome of their own choice.

Anti-capitalism will tell you it's oppressive that every random person can't be a well-paid artist simply because they want to.

Meanwhile, there have never been more amateur artists making good money via the free market because of Patreon, sponsorships, and ad revenue.
