Regardless of the side that anyone is on (whether supporting or opposing Luigi Mangione), President Biden doesn’t have the ability/authority under the operation of law to pardon Mr. Manigone because he is being tried in a state court (PA and NY). Only the respective state’s governor has that ability to pardon at a state level. If Mr. Mangione was charged in a federal court case, then he could be pardoned by President Biden.

These issues transcend politics. Ironically, @KamalaHarris is also a conservative’s candidate: she was not only a career prosecutor at the county level, she was the top law enforcement officer in the state with the most prisons per capita (and most overall). In fact, while AG, she received a LOT of #GOP support for various legislation. #IJS

Ummmm… it is NOT medically possible to abort a baby after its birth. Abortion is a medical procedure intended to terminate a pregnancy, which by definition occurs before birth. Once a baby is born, it becomes a living, independent individual, and ending that life would fall under legal definitions of infanticide or homicide, depending on the jurisdiction.
