Falcom President Toshihiro Kondo says working on the Trails in the Sky remakes reminded the team that games don't need to be big and complicated to be fun.

Working on the remakes also reminded the team that by finishing the story early, they can focus on improving the overall game quality. This is something they want to implement in other games currently in development.

Sky 1st Chapter remake was a masterclass on how to do a remake, so I'm glad Falcom didn't change too much.

It's also been amazing to see so many people jump into Trails for the first time bc of this game. 🥹

Finished Splatoon Raiders and it’s crazy I went from being uninterested in this game to it being one of my favorite modern Nintendo games. All the weapons are fun asf, gameplay loop is addicting, and that ending was so fucking peak! Also it has Shiver (my wife). Peak/10
