I'm the victim of this FIR no 822/25 and One year passed with no progress.

Directions of the Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble NCSC are also neglected.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

ఎస్సీ వర్గాలకు చెందిన నాయకుడు AICC ప్రెసిడెంట్ గా ఉన్నపుడు కూడా దళిత బాధితులకు న్యాయం చేయకపోతే తెలంగాణ లో మీ ప్రభుత్వం ఉండి ఏం లాభం?

Madhapur PS లో Crime No. 822/2025లో SC/ST (POA) Act మరియు Attempt to Murder సెక్షన్ల కింద FIR నమోదై చాలా కాలం గడిచింది. అయినప్పటికీ చార్జ్‌షీట్ ఇంకా ఎందుకు దాఖలు కాలేదు? మీ క్రైం రివ్యూ లు కేవలం సోషల్ మీడియా ప్రచారం కోసమేనా??

బాధితుల సాక్ష్యం ప్రకారం, నిందితురాలు ఆమె అనుచరులు తాను సైబరాబాద్ లో ఒక సీనియర్ పోలీసు అధికారికి అత్యంత సన్నిహిత బంధువునని బహిరంగంగా చెబుతూ, బాధితులను బెదిరిస్తున్నట్లు ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. బాధితుల్ని రక్తాలు కారేటట్టు కొట్టినా కనీసం నిందితులను అరెస్టు చేయలేకపోయారు మాదాపూర్ పోలీసులు!!! అలాంటప్పుడు ఎవరికోసం మీ ISO సర్టిఫికెట్ లు????

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో "సాక్ష్యాలు లేవు" అంటూ కేసును మూసివేయడానికి ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుతున్నాయా? లేక నిజమైన, స్వతంత్ర దర్యాప్తు జరుగుతోందా మీరే చెప్పాలి.

మరో కీలక ప్రశ్న...

అప్పటి ACP గారు "CC కెమెరాల్లో జరిగిన ఘటన మొత్తం రికార్డ్ అయింది" అని చెప్పారని బాధితులు చెబుతున్నారు. కానీ ప్రస్తుత ACP గారు "CC కెమెరాలు పనిచేయలేదు, ఎలాంటి ఆధారాలు లభించలేదు" అనే కొత్త వాదన వినిపిస్తున్నారని బాధితులు వాపోతున్నారు.

అయితే నిజం ఏది?

CC కెమెరాల్లో ఘటన రికార్డ్ అయిందా?
లేదా కెమెరాలే పనిచేయలేదా?

ఒకే కేసులో ఇద్దరు అధికారుల నుంచి రెండు భిన్నమైన కథనాలు ఎందుకు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి?

మరో ప్రశ్న...

గౌరవ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలు, గౌరవ జాతీయ షెడ్యూల్డ్ కులాల కమిషన్ (NCSC) జారీ చేసిన సూచనలు కూడా సంబంధిత అధికారులకు వర్తించవా?

దళిత బాధితులు న్యాయం కోసం సంవత్సరాల తరబడి వేచి చూడాలా?

పోలీసు పెద్దల చుట్టాలకు చట్టాలు కూడా చుట్టాలై కూర్చుంటాయా?

ఇదేనా "సామాజిక న్యాయం"?

ఇదేనా చేవెళ్ల లో మీ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ చెప్పిన "దళిత-గిరిజన భరోసా"?

ఇదేనా భారత రాజ్యాంగం హామీ ఇచ్చిన సమాన న్యాయం?

మళ్లీ ఏ మొఖం పెట్టుకోని రాజ్యాంగం పట్టుకోని ఊరేగుతున్నరు?

Scheduled Castes are denied the rights to enjoy their land in Cyberabad in spite of orders of Hon’ble high court of Telangana and National Commission for Scheduled Castes. All appeals to the senior officers fell in deaf ears!
Yet, @RahulGandhi ji says he will protect the Constitution.
What a travesty!!

Though we have orders in favour of us from the Hon'ble High court and directions from the National SC commission, unfortunately Madhapur police and the accused are behaving like partners and are harassing us continuously.
