Field trip to Historic Belmont Firehouse! We had a great time sliding down fire poles, learning about fire safety, and travelling in a real/virtual fire truck to different fire scenes. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful tour.
Graduation and end-of-year celebration
Parents braved the wind and rain to have a party to celebrate the end of the year, and a student graduating from the 5th grade.

Making paper in the Rainbow Room
Teacher Sam is the best! They are making paper from used paper around the classroom. Stay tuned for more as the project develops.

Gardening starts at Venn!
Teacher Sam works with our students harvesting potatoes, green onions, and carrots from last planting. They also prepared the soil for gardening to begin this week at Venn. Good salads tonight!
