Florida and Texas PROVE California's Broken Election System is by DESIGN

Texas: 11.4 million ballots counted, results by 10pm on election night.

Florida: 10.8 million ballots counted on election night and mail-in ballots are counted AS THEY ARRIVE — so on election day, there's barely anything left to tabulate.

California: Refuses to count anything until polls close, stuffs ballots into boxes in warehouses, and drags it out for weeks.

Florida and Texas are evidence that clean counting is possible.
