Update: I have been given documentation on how to do mods for NP/GTAV. I'm currently working on an art test for a studio for the next two weeks, but after that I'm going to dive straight into this to make some shit for the clowns & the server, including a basic clown nose.

I'm a professional game developer, I'd make these in a fucking heartbeat. If someone can get me in contact with the NP dev staff, and I could make these in an afternoon. Biggest hurdle is getting them in the server.
