@KCOMhome thanks for the outrageously large charge for ending my contract early due to me moving house and out of the area KCOM provide. Just a heads up to other people, if you have an alternative user, go to them instead.
@BarclaysUKHelp What, the,'computer says, no', we heard that all day, and still no actual information with timescales, etc.. It's a disgrace. People are being left unable to access their money, pay bills, and feed families. Compensation needed. Moving bank when I can get my money!!
@Barclaycard Well, it looks like everything is still down. Thanks for reaching out, but it's not really helping, much. I wonder, unless I'd mentioned anything would @barclays have even acknowledged the problem more widely.
@Barclays@BarclaysUK sat waiting to speak to customer services to transfer my own money because your app is not allowing me to do so!! No local bank to go to. Awful, awful service when you can't even manage your own money. Waited over 15 mins now. Sort it out
@ChrisyDrThomas@endlibtyranny@Inevitablewest No, they are not funded by their diocese! The Parishes pay the Diocese for diocese services, including their incumbent. There is no funding for church buildings. As places of national heritage the there needs to be funding from the government
@endlibtyranny@Inevitablewest You're wrong. The Listed Places of Worship Grant Scheme is for any place of worship with a listed building, not just Christian!!
You can see whatβs happening next, the Oxford Street M&S is just the beginning of being told that campaigns to save historic buildings are blocking βgrowthβ and/or supposed housing dev (meaning unchecked developer profit and certainly not social or affordable housing). Grim times
@NatSecSoc The fact is they are nationally significant buildings, some of our oldest and most important historically, used by people when they want and need, run and cared for by volunteers with no money from their local Diocese or the National Church. In this instance, you're wrong!
D-Day veteran Eric Chardin,
"Brexit worries me, I can't help feeling that it would be an awful shame if, we've gone through so much trouble to do, to collect the European nations together, to break it all up now would be a crying shame"
