Just to reiterate:
In pre-halving years, both the #BTC bulls and bears get rekt.
We tend to spend half the year going up, and half the year going down.
It will not stop people from thinking “this time is different.”
Just want to close saying please don't let left identity politics misguide your analysis. Castillo can identify as whatever he wants, but the reality is that he never accomplished the left policies he promised and is clearly one of the worst presidents in the last 20 years.
Lately I’ve seen some people from the north making kinda exotic threads about Peru.
Basically, they say “oh no poor Peter Castle have been ousted by the oligarchy because he is a rural teacher. The people from Peru is defenseless. He represents the olvidados. Give me my poncho”
@ctoLarsson Questionable, but even if he is, his management of Twitter is horrible and its just copium to think a photo changes that reality. As someone who also had an erratic and authoritarian boss, I can only feel for the workers.
And here I am, coming back to Twtr to still find people from the "decentralised" worldview praising the fact that one individual payed billions to single handedly own a mayor social network where we all coexist. 0% coherence. Feels weirder seeing it from people I respect a lot.
For anyone curious about how media bias works, here is a wonderful apples to apples comparison. Two blockchains upgrade in the same month. Both are significant and hard forks. One was delayed by years. The other by only three months. Which delay gets mentioned?
