@PerryScott6770 @MountainRoche Bicarb is a con. As a raw ingredient it’s pennys a serving just mix the bicarb from the grocery store with 2 gels such as beta fuel. Give a really good mix, swallow it don’t chew etc and boom magic and not paying a crazy amount to have it sugar coated
