@scottla29569777 Primarily, that was the purpose of a stable issuer: receive x units of a currency and make them available on chain. The conflict initiates when the reserves are used to earn interest on t-bills and double interest is earned on-chain by the stable in case. Double interest earning

@0InterestMath Interesting. That's how we find interest in a centrally planned economy or the interest rates 2000 years ago. by relative values of one good to another. Pegging is half the answer as a commodity (or unit of account) might be considered worthless in the future, like shells.
