@ECDC_EU @EFSA_EU @EAAD_EU @EU_Health Whole genome sequencing data of 874 #Ecoli isolates carrying bla NDM-5 from 13 🇪🇺/EEA countries from 2012-2022 showed:
🔹predominance of 5 sequence types
🔹31% of these isolates were associated with infections
🔹58% were predicted to be multidrug-resistant
