Today, Oklahoma crossed a dangerous line by approving the nation’s first state-funded church school. Unconstitutional and lacking oversight, taxpayers are now forced to fund religious indoctrination. I agree with Gov. Stitt that the @CherokeeNation constitution is different from Oklahoma’s constitution. I disagree with Governor Stitt that Cherokee Nation’s Constitution is “problematic.” It’s an expression of tribal sovereignty worthy of celebration, or at least respect.
