@stuey_beef doesn’t this drastically increase the cost of renting property? landlords would likely pass on the land value tax on tenants, as land value tax would only be paid by the owner of the property.
@fynnvestor honestly, I get people wanting to have nice things, but the want shouldn’t exceed your reality - the recommendation for car finance/upkeep for a vehicle is 5-10% of monthly income. anything above that is excessive and should be reconsidered
@itswhateverbud@BOXINGnBBQ agreed, Wardley won’t be the same after this fight
the sad part is that if refs called it off sooner - it would have been called controversial, even though Wardley’s right eye was closed and his nose was broken, he was struggling to stay in there
@Vaughanie10@MMAUNCENSORED1@jakepaul agreed, he did so much selling the fight, showing how great he was doing in the build up. now to say he was sick for two weeks, means he lied to the fans who were betting on the fight
@BoxingKingdom14 rehydration clause was the problem. I didn’t tune into the second fight when I saw they agreed to that again. Eubank’s fault as he agreed, but I expected it to be a difficult fight.
in the fight his legs were gone but he pushed through, we cannot expect that multiple times.
@susanpow@sophie_mzy you are trolling, right?
healthcare is not good, education is not free. state pension is not guaranteed and is not liveable - what world are you living in?
