@CapitalOne you absolutely have the WORST customer service ever! One simple task I need handled and I’ve been transferred 3x in 40 minutes, and to people that barely speak English! Issue still isn’t resolved!!!
@jerseymikes and told me to place another order, claiming the system would refund my previous order. That made no sense. After waiting a couple days, my bank confirmed it was an actual charge, so I had to dispute it. It’s not about the money—it’s the lack of logic and poor svc
@jerseymikes I ordered a sandwich via your app, my card was charged (I have a screenshot), but I never got a confirmation—just a bank notification. My local store said since they didn’t receive the order the charge would cancel. When I asked to show proof in person, they refused
@DoorDash I placed an order from a restaurant across the street at 1:25AM. It’s now 2:27AM—no food, a confused driver, and unnecessary frustration for me and my guest. And yet I’m forced to go back and forth with the driver on my delivery/ which likely won’t arrive
@DoorDash lYour service is absolutely unacceptable! Your drivers seem to lack comprehension of English, making it impossible for them to follow delivery instructions—this is a recurring issue. It’s clear that DD isn’t properly vetting its drivers.
@BankofAmerica just so you’re aware, you have the worst customer service and your bank takes advantage of people that are victims of fraud! I will never recommend you to anyone. I’ve been transferred 3x for a basic question. For a billion dollar company I expected more!
@DollarTree The lines are always excessively long, and the helium tanks are often out of service, with handwritten notes on items. With the revenue this company brings in, the stores should be able to operate much more efficiently!
@DollarTree I will be reaching out to headquarters about this. Like many Dollar Tree locations, this store is a complete mess—filthy, disorganized, with boxes and vendor carts scattered everywhere.
@DollarTree No one expects to wait over 20 minutes in line, especially at Dollar Tree. This manager displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. The whole experience was unacceptable.
@DollarTree However, the manager told the cashier to prioritize other customers, which caused confusion. She then confronted me, implying I thought she was doing this on purpose.
@DollarTree Our conversation became tense, and her tone was rude and confrontational. Another customer also started to complain. Eventually, another employee appeared and logged into a register, so I moved to that line.
@DollarTree She then claimed she was waiting for a delivery truck to park in the back to fix the register, but with several registers, why rely on just one?
@DollarTree Five minutes later, she arrived but didn’t communicate with the waiting customers. I suggested she explain the situation to those in line, but she only repeated that one register wasn’t working. No explanation was given for why the other registers weren’t available.
@DollarTree I asked if she could open another line, and she mentioned that one register was down. When I asked about the other registers, she said she’d come to the front shortly.
@DollarTree Your Boynton Beach location at 336 N Congress Ave is an absolute disaster. Around 9:40 a.m., there were about 20 customers in line with only one register open. I saved my place in line to find the manager, who was in the freezer organizing. I asked if she could open
