refused to act on a valid court order served on 28 Oct 2025 alleging via email that the order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction “did not emanate from the court.” They have now claimed I’m *not a customer* and therefore will not honour the order.

@keystonebankng They later questioned the authenticity of the court order for ₦500,000, and despite providing the court’s contact details and physically submitting the orders at their Abuja office, no action has been taken.

@keystonebankng I obtained court orders for a refund and served them on MoniePoint MFB (the receiving bank) on 28th October 2025, yet no refund has been made. Although MoniePoint emailed on 30th October 2025 stating ₦50,000 was being processed, nothing has been paid.

@keystonebankng vendor insisted on supplying a third engine. The third engine was installed but showed an oil pressure warning, later began smoking during a test run & the car eventually stopped working and had to be towed to Kubwa. The vendor has since refused to respond to my calls or messages
