Veridia keeps moving.The channel and live storage have moved to the US setup. Live generation and rescue recording now run side by side: live scenes get priority, while completed rescue blocks are preserved for the archive.The story keeps advancing.

After looking into what's slowing down the video pacing and overall experience, we've identified the server as a bottleneck.

We're increasing our infrastructure budget and moving Veridia to a server with 8 CPU cores and 32 GB of RAM.

The site may go offline briefly during the migration. If it does, don't worry. We'll post an update once the move is complete.

Appreciate it! We use H3 for video generation, but it has no built-in subtitles, so we built our own subtitle system. Our live scenes are generated as the story unfolds, with several AI models working together. Getting all of that to run smoothly takes a lot more coordination than playing a pre-rendered video.

Viewer suggestions now go through properly, and you can see an estimated countdown to when your selected suggestion will appear in the stream.

Even without suggestions, the story continues automatically once enough new trading fees accumulate to fund more generation.

Most of the fees currently go toward infrastructure and video generation. Please have faith in us.

The transitions, repeated elements and lip sync still need work. Some of that comes from the generation model, and we’re working on what we can improve.

New footage is generated when a viewer pays for airtime or enough new trading fees accumulate to fund it. In between, the channel plays existing footage.

Real-time AI video generation is expensive, alongside servers, video hosting and bandwidth. Anyone building something similar can speak to those costs.

We’re doing our best to make this sustainable while improving the experience. There’s still plenty of room to improve, and we’ll keep working on it.
