The only person that can help you is you. You have to except responsibility for yourself and take control even if you don’t feel like it. I lost my whole family in a car wreck when I was 19 years old, my mother, my 10 month old baby brother and my grandmother - it was the day after Christmas. It might sound trivial, but the only thing that got me through it was cracking jokes and smiling even though I felt like dying. But it was that little act that turned my life around - after a while, that thought process wired my brain to actually become happy even though I wasn’t this is called Neuro plasticity and it allows you to wire your brain in any way that you want to. The way that you act and think decides who you become no matter what age you are. And as long as it’s genuine and based on love, you will overcome any obstacle that comes at you - no matter how bad it is. You are the only one that can control the outcome. You are far more powerful than you could imagine, you are the creator of your reality. Have never wondered what the G inside of the Free Mason symbol stands for? It stands for. - Generative purpose - Whatever you focus on is what you generate - raise your vibration and take your power back and you will gain absolute control and peace. That is how you will get your life back 100% and become truly happy yourself you will become who you were meant to be and those around you will become inspired and full of life just by being in your presence. Trust me if you try hard enough you will remember. And once you do that, nothing can stop you.

I watched a video one time where these people were exploring old caves. I can't remember which one it was, and I used to have it saved on an old computer, but I'm going to try to find it again and repost it.

As they were exploring the cave, there was a part where they went around this bend, and there was an open area in front of them. I swear to God, I saw one of those things in the shadows. I even stopped it, rewound it, zoomed in, and went through it frame by frame. Sure enough, it looked like a dude standing there that had his face on his chest. It was dark and shadowy, but you could see it.
