정말 큰 일을 해주셨어요.
주변은 모두 어떻게든 올공 투쟁 해산을 목적으로한 경찰측, 올공 관계자, 국힘, 대진연 등 쁘락치들로 가득하고 정작 우리는 누구도 제대로 나서서 지켜주는 이 없었는데도 혼자서 끝까지 지켜내셨네요.

FBI Arrests Chinese Man for Helping Prepare Surprise Attack on South Korea

A Chinese man bought weapons and military uniforms in the United States and smuggled them to North Korea.

He told investigators the uniforms “would be worn by North Korean soldiers to disguise themselves for a surprise attack on South Korea.”

He was arrested by the FBI on December 3, 2024.

The suspect, Shen (42, living illegally in California), entered the U.S. on a student visa in 2012. Before that, he met North Korean officials at their embassy in China.

North Korea paid him about $2 million.

He set up an export company in Texas, bought guns, bullets, and military technology, hid them in containers with fake labels, and shipped them from California to China, and then to North Korea until 2023.

During a house search, police found 50,000 bullets, chemical detectors, and listening device detectors.

This is a very serious threat to South Korea.

The surprise invasion by North Korea on June 25, 1950, posed an existential threat to the survival of the Republic of Korea.

In the face of this grave national crisis, the swift support from the United States and other United Nations member states formed a united front, laying the foundation for the enduring ROK-US Alliance.

You, the veterans, fought valiantly on the front lines to defend the freedom and peace of your homeland. Through blood-shared camaraderie with American and other allied forces, you established the cornerstone of the ROK-US Alliance. Your sacrifices and dedication transcended mere victory in battle; they became the spiritual foundation of the robust ROK-US Alliance that continues to this day.

The ROK-US Alliance, forged in blood during the Korean War, stands as a blood alliance and the central pillar supporting the security and prosperity of the Republic of Korea, as well as peace and stability in Northeast Asia. The blood and sweat you shed remain an eternal legacy for the shared values of freedom and democracy, and for the common prosperity of both nations.

Today, we reaffirm the value of the ROK-US Alliance and strive to inherit the noble spirit of sacrifice demonstrated by you, our veterans. We pay the deepest respect and gratitude to the fallen comrades and to all surviving veterans.
