@livspace what is the escalation matrix ? I think I have dummy email ids shared by the team assigned as even mails sent to escalation emails are also ignored like other messages on other platforms.

@livspace Livspace took an adv as it was yr end promising free stuffs and discounts.While there was some change in plans at our end,
even to end the relationship,I was asked to pay 12% of the in-progress design.after re-engaging,months pass with no progress.pls end this for me and refund
