@basedbinkie I forget what it was called but there was a game where the guards scaled not to the player but to the enemy attacking them. This is important because early on in the game you could bait BBEG into attacking a town and the guards would steamroll him.
@basedbinkie Livestock would be kept by the herbivores for things other than food. Many early materials used to make rope, clothes, and tools came from animals. Things like leather, bones, wool, and sinew would be highly valued and the meat could be sold off or simply used as fertilizer.
