Hey there @vladtenev and @DanGallagher: My voice will stay loud. You supported the SEC on U.S. stock tokens. They must carry voting rights, and companies can opt out. How hypocritical of Robinhood if not adopting those same principals offshore. Don’t spit in the face of the SEC.

Many of you are incensed by the high number of "Fail to Deliver" AMC shares, and that AMC again has been on the Threshold List for multiple weeks. We repeatedly have gone to the NYSE and FINRA, and did so again in July, to put and keep this entire situation on their radar.
@TommyCo31930126@KatStryker111@TommyCo31930126 You simply don't know what you are talking about. If AMC issued these tokenized shares, it would not be a problem. A block chain NYSE would be incredible, but that is not what is going on here.
@TommyCo31930126@KatStryker111 There is a very clear difference between a company issuing tokenized shares to raise capital on whatever exchange they wish, and another company issuing shares in the first companies name, on a side exchange set up only for the 2nd company to profit off the first companies name.
This is the concern with tokens vlad
They're not reflective of the stock price and can't be bought or sold in the US
They exist only to allow locates for short selling AMC shares @CEOAdam
Dear AMC shareholders, here is why you have beef here and why @CEOAdam is advocating for us (opinion.)
If a token purports to trade as an equity, but never purchases the equity, then market capital is siphoned away from the equity, reducing the pricing pressure, costing shareholders and the company of market value.
And when this acts as liquidity to an equity- and even worse when it poses as a “locate” for shorts (ala ftx and cmequity) then it puts downward pressure on that equity, further robbing value and enticing fraud.
This is not ok.
$amc $hood @vladtenev@SECPaulSAtkins@POTUS@SenFinance
In my opinion, one that is shared by others, that’s a terrible lapse in your judgement @vladtenev
Playing fast and loose with U.S. securities laws is not something that brings honor to Robinhood. It is not one that adds integrity or credibility to financial markets.
By your own admission, in this instance you are not adhering to U.S. securities laws, and therefore you can not offer or sell these offshore island of Jersey tokens to U.S. persons. And yet, your company boasts about them on your U.S. web site.
This practice is something that you should not be standing behind.
