I have been trying to reach @compass_mining for months on end through customer support tickets, emails, calls. They ignore everything. As a customer who invested more than 20k USD with the company, it is shameful what is happening. In August, I was told my miners will be 1/2

@compass_mining moved from New Mexico facility which they closed to Texas 4 facility. It's been almost 7 months now with zero updates or information from compass. Did they steal our miners and money? Are they waiting for another class action? 2/2
