I've tried to get this bug addressed multiple times now and have been unable to purchase a number of things I had on hold. Please let me know what is going on. If it helps, I'm purchasing from Canada

@therealreal For over a month, each time I place an order, I get the same message "Something went wrong when processing your order: Credit card decline" when I know the cards are working (have tried PayPal, various credit cards, even store credit). Lost out on many held items..
