@teachergoals Many schools are failing now because society wants teachers to teach everything to children. Families need to step up and teach the other stuff because the more that gets put on teachers the less academics are taught. There is only so much time in the day.

@DrBradJohnson A previous superintendent "banned" homework for our district. It lasted one year. There were so many complaints from parents and teachers that it was reinstated the following year. If homework is meaningful it is beneficial.
