@MichaelaAbens0n the best thing that worked for me by the grace of God is to avoid animal products specially with fasting .
Thank God after years of pain and bleeding because of endometriosis i didn't listen to the doctors to make a surgery or to take hormones but God had led me to this .

Only the lord Jesus gave me a free gift of salvation .

@Sachinettiyil When I was a Muslim i used to fear death because i didn't have hope in salvation but since i believed in the lord i have no fear .. instead I'm, waiting for the day i will be with my savior and lover forever.
