@mEJme69 @ABC I live in Louisiana, we as a state have not raised the minimum wage, so a lot of people here are working for $7.25 an hour and can't move up quickly.

@mEJme69 @ABC No minimum wage jobs are not just for teenagers. A lot of jobs meant for adults still pay minimum wage. In order to get a higher paying job you need a college degree, which you can't pay for unless your parents make a lot more than minimum wage. Poverty is a cycle.
